Do you just make Christmas and Birthday hampers?

No, we make hampers throughout the year, for absolutely any occasion. Or for no reason at all – just want to treat yourself or someone else? Absolutely no problem. Our categories page.

Can you cater to my dietary requirements?

Absolutely. We cater to all dietary requirements including religious and allergen based. To set your mind at ease if you or your recipient does have an allergy or dietary requirement just include it in the notes of the order.

How long will it take to dispatch their order?

 2-3 business days. Sometimes we can get it out the same day but unfortunately that cannot always be possible.

How do I visit you in store?

We’re now based in Altrincham in Greater Manchester. Arch 3, Viaduct Road, Altrincham, WA14 5DU. If you would like to put together your own hamper, have a hot drink or just say hi, feel free to come down. We’re also a fully licensed bar able to serve alcohol from 10am-10pm. 

What are you open times?

We are open from 9AM to 5PM Monday to Sunday in the winter as there is very little light down the canal after sundown. However, we extend our opening hours for events and when we get into summer we will be open till 10pm.

How much are your hampers?

The cost of our hampers vary. On our website hampers go between around £15-£300 dependent on times of year and stock available. However, you can go as high as you’d like with a personal consultation where we can create a bespoke gift.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to all across the UK. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer international delivery.

How will my hamper arrive?

We package all our hampers at no extra cost in a recyclable cardboard box. The box itself is then wrapped. If you would like a wicker basket similar to the pictures of many hampers, please get in touch as this would be an extra cost.

What is your free postage?

Free postage is standard Royal Mail Second Class Parcel. If you would like for an alternative delivery option you can choose a different option for an additional cost.

Can I include a message in my hamper?

Yes, we can include a note on the front of your hamper free of charge.

Can I get personalised cards or products with my company logo on?

Yes, we offer a range of products that can be personalised to your business. Please get in touch for a 1-1 to find out more about the products we offer.
