Today is World Book Day! World Book Day is a charity event celebrated throughout the UK and Ireland. It was started in 1998 as an initiative to raise funds for Book Aid International and Readathon, which support children’s education in other countries. Each child is entitled to a £1 book voucher, which can be used in any UK bookshop. Many schools around the country also host book fairs, so that children may spend their vouchers on World Book Day.
As lovers of reading here at EZ Hampers headquarters, we wanted to celebrate by sharing our favourite books with our blog readers. We wanted to showcase some of our brand new book hampers.
